Hello,

Sorry for my English I am French.
I installed Terralith V2.2.1a in data pack (FORGE). On a Minecraft 1.18.2 server and I'm not using any other data pack.

After generating the world as indicated: start the server -> stop it -> put the data pack -> delete the region folder -> Restart -> play.

I noticed that there was a lot of vanilla generation (as pictured). It's normal ? Can we generate a 100% Terralith world.

Thank you so much for your help !!
Have a great day/evening!

all normal. Unfortunately, Terrablender is required, but it does mess up the biome placement a lot. So, it will feel unbalanced at times.

I understand better! I will delete the mod, I had put it to use another mod.
I have the same problem in the nether and I understand better now!

well, Terrablender is required to use Biomes O Plenty or Oh The BIome You'll Go

#

(also, make sure you're using the "no biomes" version of The Graveyard. that messes up Terralith generation)

alright it's noted ! how can i know if i am using the mod without biome?

are you asking "how do i know if Terralith is running if I don't see a Terralith biome?"

if so, do /locate biome terralith: and if an autocomplete list appears, its working

Thank you for all these valuable advice, but I still have generation problems

#

and I deleted Oh The BIome You'll Go and Terrablender

thats not a generation issue - you just have no biome blend enabled, which makes the border really drastic

Ok I thought that since it was marked: biome: minecraftplain there was a problem

wait where?

#

i just see terralith:arid_highlands

im confused what you're trying to show

viscid jay
#

the generation of the biome is that of minecraft and not that of the datapack

cold arrow
#

minecraft biomes still exist

#

Terralith does not remove vanilla Minecraft biomes

viscid jay
#

haaaa thank you ! I thought removing both mods would fix it. I misunderstood sorry. Thanks for your help !

cold arrow
#

it should fix it - terralith biomes will generate more often, but vanilla biomes will still exist

#

i just assumed you were complaining that there was too much vanilla compared to terralith

#

no biome mod removes vanilla biomes
