#Kindle template missing?

In the Tag Taxonomy note it says semicolon should be used for Kindle, but seeing as there is no Kindle template it defaults to the New template.

Is this something old that hasn't been removed from Tag Taxonomy? Am I "supposed" to just use the Book template for all things considered a book? Be it e-book, physical or audio.

Kindle items for me are synced from readwise but kindle is just a different format for book, so technically it’s just the book template but that all gets defined in the readwise templates all is normal

Readwise templates, as in Templater templates?

Watching your comprehensive workflow video, you talk about importing kindle notes and then process into normal book template.

If I understand the flow correctly, kindle notes are imported into Obsidian using the Obsidian Readwise plugin. Then using the "Readwise Items To Review" note you review the kindle notes and manually create book template notes based on them (using the { prefix in the note title, not ;)?

Kindle notes made on kindle --> sync to obsidian with readwise plugin --> there is now a file in obsidian formatted just like the book template in the readwise folder

readwise the service has settings to define the template and metadata, so when it syncs to obsidian its already done i just move the created file to my main vault folder. i think i made a video dedicated to explaining just my readwise system
