When I try to host a raid (this time heatran) I go to the #746059097639616622. I type the command needed and then I get a pm from the bot saying: It seems like you or another user already has an invitation out. Please wait for it to finish or fill up and then try again.

So the first number is the minimum number of people you need and the second is the maximum. Both numbers include you, the host. Let’s say you want to invite at least 3 people but a maximum of 4 your numbers would be 4 5

Role check is done when you react and after 90 seconds. But there is an edge case where if you gain the role and are already in an invite it will not check. I’m working on fixing that when I get a chance

I think that it's something to consider, but one of our big rules is to not exclude based on level. So while I think that would be helpful to see, if you chose not to participate, I don't think we can trust that everyone isn't going to exclude others.
Plus I don't think there would be a way to see the levels. If you get into a lobby and then opt not to participate, it leaves the others shorthanded.

Add your friend code to your username first
and make sure your username matches your in game name
1.) Click on the arrow pointing down /three dots next to the name of the server and click on the change nickname option.
2.) Tap on your avatar/right click on your name and and select change nickname.
3.) type "/nick "username and friend code" " and press enter. You will then get a confirmation from Clyde if you are successful. (Please remember to not include the " when doing this)
Wait for a raid to be posted in one of the raid rooms on the left. When the thumbs up appears, click on it. If you are randomly selected by the bot, you will see a private room open up above the raid channels. You can enter that room and add the host

2 5 would be 2 (host and 1 person that thumbs up) and 5 would be host with 4 people that thumbs up
So if there are 3 thumbs before the time limit is up, a room should open
unless one of the thumbs up were from someone that is still in a previous lobby

@dreamy plaza You can change your name by right clicking the server icon and selecting "Change Nickname". If you're on mobile then hold the server icon, click more options, then change nickname.
@burnt topaz The numbers are how many people can join. The first number is the minimum amount of people needed, the second number is the maximum amount. The maximum cannot exceed 6, the minimum cannot be below 2. These numbers include you.
If, for example, you want to invite 6 people and only want 6, you will use "6 6" so the lobby will not start without 6 people, because the first number is 6 which is the minimum.
If you want to invite people, but you are okay with doing it with only 2 others, you will use "3 6". 5 others can still join, but if the 90 second timer runs out and only 3 people reacted, the raid lobby will still start.

@urban talon It's slow right now because there aren't raids happening in the majority of the world. Most of NA/SA is just out of raid times, Europe it's early morning well before raid times. The only raids happening now are in east Asia and Australia (plus random spots like Hawaii, Alaska, there are probably some still up in PST areas)

If I am inviting 2 friends and that leaves 3 for me to be able to invite, I should host saying host, raid, 4 4. Which means I can only invite 3 more

I suspect some users are unable to join new raids, i noticed the bot is still looking for other players despite having a pool of 30 people to pick from, then came a new guy in and he got it and the status changed to full
Ive been trying for the last 20 raids to join with no success

Is there a way to make sure that your name is actually entered into the “hat” when trying to get into raids? For example: I’ve “thumbs upped” almost every cressalia raid since 7am, it’s now almost 11, and I haven’t got in a single one. I tried a charizard X raid and out of 6 possible, there were 7 thumbs up, and I was apparently the 1. There’s no way my luck is THAT bad

@gilded berry each person can invite 5, so if your boyfriend is physically there with you, you can each invite 5.

@gilded berry just put your numbers as 6 and 11 and tell 5 people in your raid lobby to add his number instead of yours.
