I want to learn embedded programming, I watched a YouTube video and it recommended me to start with C. how do you all think I should begin and how should I proceed with my journey?
Experience: I have done a bit of web developing in middle school (currently in 9th grade). I also find it difficult to devote time everyday due to school, any tips on that aswell?

My focus has been on web but I have been able to leverage skills I picked up here to network my way into some robotics projects as well.
No matter what you are going for, I would recommend watching the first class of the 2022 cohort and completing the Learning to Learn homework. That will give you some tools to learn more effectively and manage time.
