Previous cohorts have featured around 6 hours of class videos for about 30+ weeks. These were streamed live on Twitch with the vast majority of them recorded and then uploaded to YouTube. In addition there were further weekly informal, unrecorded streams of a couple of hours or so. So to answer your question, video plays a huge part in the 100devs programme, but just as important is you going off and doing lots of reading to prepare for class, interacting with your fellow 100devvers on Discord, networking with the outside world, and coding like crazy for the rest of the time. Why are you asking by the way?
@woven falcon Thankyou so much phil for reply actually i am new in web development and i heard that leon is best for web development but i check the youtube for 100 devs and there is three playlist 1)cohort 2 which have 54 videos only 2)free software engineering bootcamp having 62 video and 3)font end crash course having 14 videos. Actually i am little bit confused shall you please help me for the roadmap of my journey.Which playlist and series follow first and all.I hope you understand the situation.
Hey @copper meadow! It's easiest if you use https://communitytaught.org/dashboard, it has all of the classes, slides, homework assignments, etc. from cohort 2 organized in a user-friendly manner that you can follow at your own pace. However, there should be an announcement tonight (5:30pm Eastern Standard Time, I think - someone correct me if I'm wrong) about when the 3rd cohort is starting, so maybe check that out first.
Thanks @stiff seal π
That would have been my exact reply if I hadn't been having a late lunch β€οΈ
Yeah no problem @woven falcon! π
Thanks @stiff seal and @woven falcon for solving my problem.
