As the message above says, the support team is required for products made by Modrinth. #1194455551212527696 is made for mods, modpacks, Minecraft issues and stuff like that. You can contact the support team at https://support.modrinth.com/en/

The error also says to try logging in to Minecraft on it's own so be sure to try that as well
