so i was playing hypixel skyblock and someone said i can join a discord to play a tournament and get 250m coins so i joined their discord and to verify i had to put in a verification code from a microsoft email into discord and after i did that my modrinth ign got changed and once i signed out i couldnt sign back in. please help i dont know what to do
