#resetting server is stuck

so i had like 7 or do mods downloaded onto the server and i went searching for more. im not sure which mod did this but i downloaded some more and i ended up downloading 500+ mods? i wasnt trying to download any modpacks i was in the mod section. so i went to reset the server to its base fabric setup and its been stuck for the past hour. is there any way i can cancel this or delete the server?
