#Resource pack not appearing, even when it’s comparable

I’m playing on Steam Deck, and for some reason, when I get certain resource packs, they just don’t appear for some reason. Anywhone know why?

I tried getting Spryzines Knight Armor, and even though it has a 1.21.11 version, it doesn’t appear
