Project review delay - Modpack

Hi, I need a quick reality check on the modpack review queue. My project has been sitting in review for 2 weeks. I accidentally hit the submit button three times at the start, but I’ve already sent a follow-up message explaining it and updated the description to meet the standards 3 days ago. Still no response.

Is it normal to wait this long lately, or did my triple-submission break something in the queue? Should I keep waiting or contact support via the green bubble? Thanks.
