Need help with Server-side CPU Optimization | Modrinth | Page 1

So for context I've been put in charge of managing a small modded community minecraft server with ~8 concurrent players, and recently switched over to a medium modrinth server subscription, but I'm new to server hosting and encountered crashes due to CPU overload. I already installed Krypton and FerriteCore for optimizations, but after still experiencing issues I messed with the startup commands expecting to be able to restore defaults, not realizing it loaded the last saved commands.
TLDR: Does anyone know what the best startup commands for optimizations on a medium server are? Other opimization ideas are also greatly appreciated.
