had an issue with my microsoft authenticator which caused the security key to be botched or something. So now every time i try and log in, it fails, and it won't let me delete the account to try and make a new one.

And yes, i've looked at what y'all have up and y'all don't have anything related to this in support portal.

Also, your support says for me to have Modrinth 0.10.3 and I've downloaded the only version it gives me, and it's clearly not 0.10.3
