#gpu issue with modrinth

so just today i went to play minecraft through modrinth and i noticed i was getting huge lag spikes and when i streamed the game over discord, it had extremely low frames. i checked in task manager and this is what happens (file attached). this is not true for just the minecraft launcher, or any other game, there it runs perfectly fine. everything was working fine before today. i also updated my gpu drivers and anything that needed to be updated on modrinth as well. lmk any suggestions !:LukaSparkle:
