#trying to download anything from Modrinth brings me to an error page which says 403 Forbidden

I cannot seem to download any mods from Modrinth as it gives an error. I've tested many mods, datapacks, resource packs, and even the Modrinth app but all downloads from the site give the same error: 403 Forbidden Cloudflare. Would appreciate some assistance in fixing this so I can continue to download mods. I've made sure my VPN is off, but I can't think of much else to troubleshoot.
