Why doesn't the minecraft start?

Hi, help me with minecraft. I don't have any build running in the modrint. Loading writes for a very long time, after about 15 minutes maincraft starts, but it does not allow you to connect to the server with the error in screenshot 1.

I tried to log in from the official launcher, but it doesn't work.
