Suggestions - Server-side utility

I’m running a NeoForge 1.21.1 survival server, and I’ve been struggling to find certain server-side utility mods (such as performance) that actually work properly on this version.

I’ve already tried searching on CurseForge and Modrinth, but most of what I found either isn’t updated, doesn’t run on NeoForge, or doesn’t behave as expected in-game.

Before posting here I did my best to research on my own, so this is kind of a last resort, if anyone could recommend some reliable sources, working alternatives, or even specific mods that replace things like ClearLagg or EssentialsX on NeoForge 1.21.1, I’d really appreciate it.
