help with modpack not letting friends join over lan

my friends and i made a modpack but it kept having lots of issues and solved a lot of them but can't figure this one out. we just can't connect to eachother over lan with hamachi. we can connect fine in vanilla minecraft. https://mclo.gs/hEUK8Vz
