Anti virus is flagging modrinth as trojan after updating?

i updated modrinth and my anti virus gave a lot of warnings and flagged it as something like
“common trojan 32x”
someone knows if it is actually a trojan?

yeah a couple people have reported that. it's just a false positive

some antiviruses don't like it when apps update themselves

and how do i update modrinth without my anti virus flagging it? do you know?

I'm not sure if there's a way to disable autoupdates in Modrinth

but you should be able to tell your antivirus that everything's ok

yea it wasnt auto update i just clicked to update
