Im not sure but I think 1.20.1 forge or 1.21.1 neoforge + connector

Most add-ons should be updated for Create 6, but the Create Fabric port hasn't been updated to Create 6 yet so if you're wanting the latest version you'd need to use NeoForge. There should be plenty of add-ons for it
