Error timeout issue

i have a modrinth server and ive had no issue until i wanted to try a different modpack. the server is up and running just fine but it doesn't want to let me join it. I've tried changing the Join URL and it doesn't help I've also restarted Minecraft and my server and nothing helps. this is not a connection issue on my end as my internet is fine and ive reset my pc.
