Modrinth Server Connectivity Issues

Having issues with connecting to my modrinth ran server. When connecting to the server myself and friends are all receiving a network protocol error. I recently updated the server to run the newest version of forge for MC 1.21.10. I disabled all mods temporarily to troubleshoot, however I am also getting this error in the server console.

[0m[33m[16:08:25] [LanServerPinger #1/WARN] [minecraft/LanServerPinger]: LanServerPinger: Network is unreachable

Any ideas on a fix for this?
