Failure to log in.

I gifted my girlfriend Minecraft. Technology isn't her strong suit so I've been guiding her through modding because she's a bedrock player.
She is using her gmail to play normal java, but when trying to log into Modrinth with it.. it doesn't work, and will give her an error.
She can use my gmail just fine.
Any ideas why????

are you sure the email that was input was typed in correctly and the password aswell?
