New to modrinth, trying to get a mod list working

I put together a mod collection, and for the life of me I cant figure out how to import it into the modrinth launcher. I tried looking it up and all i get is things like "simply import it" and other unhelpful stuff like that

basically, is there a way i can convert the collection into a downloadable modpack or something

i think for now im gonna manually do allthat shi but keep this open for future reference

You can't import or download collections in any way, that's what modpacks are for

yeah i figured, i just thought they were synonymous with eachother but apparently not

google thinks theyre synonymous too which makes looking for info REALLY annoying
