i followed all the error pop ups till my mods were all compatible and usable with no pop ups but when i start an instance it wont start minecraft and itll so "no instance running" I've repaired the pack idk what else to do to fix it

idk what any of the logs mean and what to do
new logs its different less errors but still dont know what to do
