more than likely a mod that updated is clashing with some other mod, try testing and disabling some of the newly updated mods to figure out which one is the culprit. If you want to figure out which mods updating, you could click the three dots to the top right in the modpack, clicking open folder, going to mods, sort by date modified and from the latest, try disabling those and testing if it still crashes
