This also causes my in game inventory to act weird (not being able to hold items or off-center off my mouse)
I have no idea why or what causes(100% a mod) but these mods are mods I used before which probably a combination of such caused. I really can't think any mod that would cause this certain issue.
Also I restarted both Minecraft and the computer, issue still persists. (Background is just a Resource Pack)
