having trouble with others joining a singleplayer world, problem almost definitely carries over to server so i want to sort that out first. friend's going to get a log/screenshot soon

literally everyone else just gets kicked out immediately after joining though

no clue on why they can but no one else can. we tried everything from 5 new modpack exports, to uninviting then reinviting over essential, to updating essential

a few other friends decided to test the waters by joining each other's worlds and that works just fine, but for some reason i can't join theirs ?? i just get the message

which makes me a bit more hopeful about the problem not persisting once we graduate to a server but Wow that still sucks that i just can't partake in anything

that seems like an issue with your modpack

#

make sure you have all the same mods etc

#

same versions etc
