i need help with the mod "the dawn era"

i tried using the dawn era and the mod oh the biomes youll go, though the dinos from the dawn era mod will not spawn in custom biomes HELP, forge 1.20.1

maybe its because certain dinos spawn in certain biomes and those custom biomes aren't on like the list for where the dinos spawn

go to the like the dawn of era folder then go to config then turn replace to true then you just need to choose the biomes that they spawn in and if that doesn't work then idk

go to like the top of like of a document in there and it should let you be able to change replace to true

Dawn era probably has hardcoded custom / vanilla biomes

You'd need a datapack or some third mod to make them spawn

I recomend not using mods that add "too many" biomes, like BYG, Terralith or BOP

That's honestly the solution for your problem

Use mods that revamp vanilla biomes instead

There are a couple others, just look for them
