How do I use modright?

because you can download mods. but what do i do then? how do i add the mods to a launcer?
I mean modright does not have its own mod launcer

easiest way to install mods (doesn't matter if from modrinth or curseforge) is to download some launcher, which can download mods (i can recommend Prism launcher), and there you can download the mods directly
