Unfortunately, newer versions of Forge are currently not working on the modrinth app. You'd need to use another launcher for this modpack, for the time being.
If you want to try a different launcher that isn't curseforge, here are some options:

Both of these launchers should fully support curseforge and modrinth, so you shouldn't need to do any modpack exports either and can download from both sources.

you'd have to use a separate launcher, I don't know of any way to get the newer versions of Forge working on modrinth at all right now
it's not intentional, what happened is forge changed something about their installer, and modrinth hasnt updated to work with it. The modrinth devs said something like they are basically gonna be rewriting all the forge-related code to make it work better so it'll probably be a while
