I don't see any crash information in this log, is this the file named latest.log from the logs folder?

try seeing if you have any folder named something like "crash-reports" in the main instance folder and if that has any crash logs in it

Try updating YetAnotherConfigLib to the latest version for Fabric 1.20.1, it looks like a bunch of mods are looking for stuff that isn't present, which may be because it's an older version.
The log says you have version 3.1.0 of the mod, but the latest version of the mod for Fabric 1.20.1 is 3.2.1... a bit out of date

Try removing the mod as nothing relies on it

The crash is from Distant Horizons, it is trying to open a popup but is not able to... not sure if there is a way around that other than removing the mod unless someone else knows
