Hi, I have a problem where sometimes after player teleports to a different world he is not able to use his skills (regeneration, etc.). Seems like they do not activate for some reason. It does not happen always, just from time to time.

Plugin version: 2.3.10
Server version: Paper 1.21.10

This happens 1 out of 6 times player teleports into a different world. I don't have any world restrictions.

seems that its everything from stats to abilities

I don't have any region restrictions or something like that, it just so happens
