Grindstone not removing enchants from datapacks and giving xp for them

Is there a way to make the grindstone don't give xp for datapacks enchants? I've tried to put in the config to ignore enchant stellarity:_technical/infernal_infusion but nothing happened

also, when the plugin is in the server you can't remove datapack enchants from items who had for default setted that custom enchant
