What can I use to do or how would it be for the command that I have in an item to work?

Hello, how do I make the command run correctly because if I put it in a custom item it doesn't load, everything works with the item I have but when I click on it it says yes but it doesn't apply to me :v how do I do it? What can I use? I don't know if you understand me, but since it doesn't load, I use /lp user nick permission settemp auraskills.multiplier.500. When I do that command, I don't know why it doesn't take it.
