Despite fishing for hours upon hours, I realised that after a certain point amongst the lower fishing levels, I don't seem to be fishing up enchanted books/fishing rods/bows, etc. anymore. Does the plugin interfere with this in any way or am I just unlucky? I'm just confused because previously after fishing for ~3 hours straight, I got about 4 of the things mentioned above for one or two sessions, after which they no longer seem to be appearing.

When you level up Fishing, there are custom loot tables that do have a higher chance of being given which overrides vanilla loot (this is controlled by the values of the treasure_hunter and epic_catch abilities in abilities_config.yml, lower the per_level if you want to decrease the chance). But, you also gain the Luck stat when leveling fishing which should be increasing the chance for vanilla treasure items so it's supposed to be compensated for
