Afaik, there is no way to increase the draw speed of arrows/bows directly, implementing a custom system would be weird. Miningspeed is a bit hard to code, Im not sure if Archy is up to implement that but I do like those stats in general

I actually dont know how its about crossbows but I guess they sadly behave the same way
You can try to fix this value for certain milestones in the stats but I havent heard a way else of this. Just because there is an enchant that does certain stuff, we're not directly able to influent stuff like that but I'll just give it up to Archy and the other Person seeing this post
