I think the only nerf that Astrodelphis currently needs is to remove the armor penetration that the left click has (basically it has a similar effect to compound bow), this is what currently makes most dinos die so quick vs it and players to be one tapped due to this attack being able to negate any armor and go directly to dino / player health.

So i have a few questions regarding the gen2 mission "downriver run". I've played the alpha difficulty for a while now but always ended up short on time. I also looked into some videos where players made it to the end with time to spare, but after perfecting those runs it still ended up short. As of right now only one in our highly populated official server has finished it with 300k points. It seems like more time is needed to finish the mission. it's a minigame after all and I don't think many are as willing to put down as much time to master the physics/movement of the streams and canoe as me. All the other missions have been no problemo but this one seems awfully difficult. Adding 10 secs to the timer would make a huge difference

they are still incredible raiding tools

2 minutes of control is enough to completely shut down all the generators and then kill the victim

not to mention they're not targeted by turrets and are extremely tedious to land a shot on their minuscule hitbox

the only real drawback is how difficult they are to tame

my recommendation is that you don't go for the high level Noglins (lvl 100, lvl 150, etc) instead go for a medium level one, like a level 80, and the taming affinity will bump it up to level 120 and that's going to be enough to control all but the most grinded of characters

Noglins also get the killing XP for any creature they detatch from, so use that to level up your Noglin fast

(last thing) you can detatch from a Dino without having to walk your player up to it by holding down the keybind that would usually send you back to player view. Forgot the button because I use custom keybinds but I think it was F?

So you aren't actually limited at 20 mutations. How it works is you stack mutations until you get 20 paternal. From there, your chance of a mutation (roughly) halves, because you can only get new mutations on the matrilineal side

Then you can stack your mutations on the paternal side high as you like. You can actually get so high that you flip the counter into the negatives and can get mutations on either side

I prefer just stacking paternal than overflowing though, feels cleaner

There is also the real money trade factor to consider as well; you have some people playing the game to get items to sell as a job, not for fun. Stuff like ESP or aimbots is just a tool to get more money for them.

And of course, because those hacks make them money, they can pay programers to keep updating their hacks; said hacker then sell hacks later to the griefer sorts. Stamp down on the RMT and hack development would slow down too.

Hey, just a point... IDK if anybody realized this but there is a menu (official) that lets you see what you are taming, where and how far away it is. I discovered it a month ago and it has been of great use.

( only know how to get to it on Xbox) so you open your inventory, and press the left menu button twice (the button that looks like two squares) and it will show all current taming creatures. Sadly it doesn't show torpidity but it's still REALY USEFUL

So i have been pushing a base on Gen 2 for hours now, its on the middle spire tower in edens zone city. the tribe has put turrets all round the base ( i have screenshots if any one wants to see)
I cant get close enough with a tek tappy without getting killed by turrets even with all points into hp and stap (13k HP and 2K stam).
Tried dropping stuff from the sky to soak like a bronto, a stego as well as turtles. The either die after a few sec or fall to the bottom.
They are online, they are sniping and so on. They snipe the skiff almost immediately when we get close.
Unofficial server, x10 rates and Xp gain but rest is same as official.
Any advice as im stumped ?
