I wanted to give you an update on the Egg Incubator not displaying egg stats. It turns out in order for egg stats to be visible in the incubator you need to have Floating Names turned ON in the UI section of the game settings.

The night before I started not being able to see egg stats in the incubator, I turned this setting off to see what the effect was in game. Had no idea it would affect incubator egg stats display. (Now I know) Again, thank you for tying to help the other day.

You should be level 61 within 10 minutes of starting if you’re on official/cluster that has an island or extinction.

1. Learn a note run, mark waypoints in SP. Craft drawing papers with 2x/4x boost if you have bobs tales, learn all important engrams while crafting with boost. Only saddles are pt and argy.
2. If on island, respawn south 2, make bolas, bow, torch, club and run hunter cave for guaranteed chitin. Knock a pteradon at any point to or from hunter, saving narco berries
3. Hit xp notes with new pteradon as you bulk craft drawing papers, using shallow water to pick thousands of fiber, dropping the papers often for weight.
4. Use your spoiled meat from cave, narco berries and your left over bow/arrows to make tranqs.
5. Build the cheap/efficient stone/wood argy 1x1 trap, on an elevated rock/cliff edge, trap any level argy, k.o. And tame.

I can go from level 1 to 80, with a saddled pteradon and argy on official 1x in less than 40 minutes and skip all the nonsense time sinks

You can do it with base stat wyverns, on se release I think we got our first one with a 160 fire wyvern

This has been tweaked a bit for just a few extra levels, if you spawn north on island and do the drops around hidden lake you can hit around level 20-30 before even starting the normal note run, I play smalls but we've managed to get it to hit level 75 without crafting anything pair that in with your steps and I bet a a single run could show results of 90+

It’s inefficient though.

If you do most of the note run on foot, it’s a bigger time sink.

Just doing a single 2x/4x and crafting papers to hit 70+, and saving all other notes for your first ptera/argy, is a significant bonus because of how bad Stam/weight is on low leveled flyers. And there’s no xp share/reduction by hitting a note with a flyer. Your player still gets full xp. Plus I always craft more papers as I’m flying. Usually hit 100 on 1x in the first hour.

Small tribes takes me like 40.

Conquest takes me 20.

Yep your tames get the xp as well without reducing yours.

So it’s pretty crucial to maximize your 2x/4x note time just crafting papers, leveling, learning engrams, tribing players, etc.

Cause once you get your first pteradon, you can fly and hit the notes so much faster, and getting a 800 Stam 250w ptera from a level 20 tame pretty early.

This method is a lot simpler than ours and I like that, with ours we hit the n2 notes and depending on that luck and time of the week hit 20-30, do the normal note run to 70-75 (highest I think we've hit is 81) we then jump to rag get pts and pyros, then use the pts to do bobs notes on ext and then transfer with the pyros to lc and do gamma missions together to speed level, we had been doing astreos aswell just chasing astrals so we level and get bps but that started to take longer and longer so we pulled off of it

And doing the gamma missions on base pyros is the worst experience you'll ever have 😂

Did have an issue this last character with a chibi though, had it on level 3 and had a capped melee carcha and did a resource cache, for some reason the alpha it spawned broke my chibi and leveled it to 4 but turned the bar purple and didn't give me the level

After pt I’ll do rag for a pyro, maybe grab desmo for caves then just immediately go for 2 near capped shotguns. 2400 shotgun shells and a procop will do alpha brood and alpha monkey on island and your set on tek turrets day 1.

Shells can be a time issue sometimes haha. But if you pull a metal behe gate and ele plats, it funds your mega lab and Indy forge immediately pretty much
