best method i've seen is to use a tuso to kill alpha mosas (if it's a heavily bred tuso) in the underwater ocean, or to drag them to the surface where their ai bugs and they more or less become placid and then kill them with shark bleed (if you're working with wildtame dinos)

water alphas in general give absurd amounts of runes compared to land dinos and spawn far more frequently, surface rune farming is average at best

if you dont have a tuso just killing wild sharks with a speed shark will get you plenty of runes to get started

Ik I'm late on this one but it's where my app opened to lmao. If you have a gig great for handling them on obvously lol if not shadows work fine. Run the circle area Asgard N for raptor then tp to vannaladn S E hit the alphas around that area, north of it, and west towards the Griffin spawn there's usually a few around the ponds. Then head to Vannaladn W SE and check autumn area. Then grab your tuso and pull some alpha from the deep ocean entrance and bring them up, they rarely attack if attack at all in shallow waters, pin them against a wall and work them. Hope this helps, always the route I've taken.

Definitely! Don't forget gig and velo for world bosses! Beyla - gas mask and gig makes light work. Wolves - back your gig up to a mound on the mountain behind the terminal on one side so only 1 of them agro you at a time instead of fighting both at once. Bear - use a shadow or grapple to get on a high ledge, pop your velo and shoot it from above just watch out for when he starts the rock attack, when he does back up so he doesn't hit you over the ledge. I'm assuming you don't have a stat gig ay? If you're on official and have gen2 or extinction bring a bat heavy and kit someone for their gig while they're doing missions (gen2) or drops and ele veins (extinction) . A 2200 melee gig makes seconds out of all world bosses haha. Or look somewhere and find someone trading for dust or ARB. Best of luck!!

Definitely helps against para pushing (also keep a few turrets on ground further out so they can't breach with a funky build ) from my understanding Paras are popping with crazy numbers now but it will help. Helps against snow owl diving and pt spin also. Doesn't mean they can't skiff a loaded magmasaur or 10 spit bombing the cage but it will slow them down haha. Defend defend defend 💪

for a non troll answer, at a bare minimum for lategame "foot" PvP you should know very well: flak vs fed vs prim/gen tek vs capped tek, brews, beer, hatchets, nets, gas masks, flamethrowers, tek rifles, tek bows, fabi vs comp vs shotgun, grapples, common soups (esp. laz, tartare, shadow steak), tek canteens, battery heavies, not to wear glider suits because they screw your equipment dura, tek suit mechanics (gauntlet animation cancel with map or structures), shields (and how they interact with gauntlet controls), hawks, whips

you can cut out different parts of that depending on how far into the wipe the cluster you're playing on is, but you should be trying to get rich to the point where you can carry most of that on your kit anyways

at a bare minimum, learn really well how to use a hatchet, net projectiles, whip, grapples, flamethrower and tek canteen (only needs level 101 and rep to craft, which you can get from any gamma boss)

I checked some of them in the server browser. One was on day 45233. With 1 game day = 1 real life hour, that translates to the server having run for over 5 years without wiping.

Maybe I misunderstand what you mean by 'classic'. I looked at the official pvp servers. Small tribes may have wiped although I don't think so. Arkpocalypse wipes every month.

I would be careful on just having anybody join your tribe , especially straight from the PVP thread - generally speaking , the risk of people who would join to just take your stuff is significant. Get a sense of who’s on your server and build trust that way. The risk of being “insided “ is still there, but less likely

My main base has become a chore. Just upkeep ( meat runs , boss runs for. Ele ) I started doing. BAMS on unofficial- probably the most fun I’ve had in awhile. It’s all about setting up and raiding, but also pretty much tames are full grown in 20 mins . I’ve enjoyed learning the breeding side while working on PVP- they wipe every month - I get to try out new locations , new defenses instead of staying with one -

Speed hacks are how to get proof. What we had to do is just engage and record . Once we had something , trim down the video and have the people on our servers DC send in tickets with the clip.

Also add the glitching on your flyers as well . Seeing smooth flying turn into an 8 bit glitch fest helps as well

Took COD awhile to roll out Ricochet - not perfect but it helps. Unfortunately no matter what- there will always be people looking at ways to exploit games regardless. All we can do is report ( I know , I know ) and know when to engage and when not to. A lot of the times - staying off global chat and staying put does the trick - majority of the time they will get bored and move on

If you've ever had swamp fever, it's pretty obvious that you move faster. In my experience, it doesn't really matter if you want swamp fever or not. If you play on a pvp server, you will get it, so you might as well learn to love it.

When I tried the LDL servers, I got swamp fever literally 1 second into the game. After creating my character, I spawned in on Fjordur. There was a guy with swamp fever passed out on the spawn point and he gave it to me

Back before the pvp servers got unplayable due to cheaters, I mostly played solo arkpoc. I never got to tek level. And murdering rhinos to make anitdotes was too much work, when you'd just get infected again on your next raid. So I just learned to live with it.

When you're in an active PVP situation, there's always swamp fever. It's unavoidable. After awhile I give up getting rid of it
