The no-build zones are apart of the various outposts and resource caches that you can find throughout the map. It must've been a bug or a setting that allowed you to build in one of those zones initially. Thankfully, the zones are not that big, and can be seen by bringing out a structure, which also includes the Solwyn's ice bridge.

The No-Build areas around the Resource Zones are HUGE. It's annoying! I couldn't find anywhere decent to build.

Be careful, because some missions, such as defense outposts, destroy everything (foliage that is. idk about structures) around them when activated. Also, I think it's possible that mission-spawned creatures damage everything, so keep that possibility in mind.

I haven’t seen ONE Maeguana on LC 😮 I had no idea they were on the map! But, that’s why I went ahead and put the game on my server, because the spawns on Single player are so broken. I couldn’t find a Rex, couldn’t find an Ossidon - couldn’t find ANY strong tames. The game just has never been optimized for Single Player.

I can attest the managarmrs can do their Cricket on Crack thing in the city, though - at least on Single Player.

I had the server way back when I played ASE - I bought it so I could run a complete cluster with my friend. He died, unfortunately. 🙁 But it’s nice to have it now for Ark Ascended.

I just started up a new cluster and I'm not able to transfer. I can see the other servers at the obelisk, and I'm able to transfer to another server, but when I load into the server and press spawn it puts me into a new character creation screen. The option to download survivor works but after I press it I'm unable to press spawn. If I try to just create a new survivor it still won't let me spawn. Anyone have any ideas?

verify the game file if that oes not do it. together that does nearly everything a reinstall does

If issue started after a patch it could of been caused by a faulty install affecting the map files. If that's the case and the map isn't part of the base game like valguero you would only need to reinstall that map.

Only fixes I can think of for that is wait 24 hours for the auto deletion and hope that fixes it, get admin to change cluster IDs so your not linked to the bugged cloud (don't need to be on a cluster it should still work) or lastly get admin to somehow switch your accounts cloud but I don't know how to do that or if that's possible.

Anything uploaded normally deletes after 24 hours but I don't know if it affects characters tbh. It's very unlikely to work I'm afraid but you don't have many options if you don't have access to the server owner. This issue is one that requires one unfortunately.

I can guarantee they are working on it simply because breeding is one of the most popular features on this game. They've always considered problems with breeding to be high priority ever since the feature got introduced.

Mine are working completely fine like that. My settings are aggressive, turret mode, mesmerise off. They do have to be facing the direction the neophyte is coming from, if on turret mode they'll turn but are really slow about it and they must have los.

A player on my server had it a few times over several days and turns out his cosmetics tab had a ton of cosmetic items like rex skull helmets. So, I've noticed a couple of outpost defense missions I've done. There are a couple of structures that aren't despawning. At one it's the buff structure you place and part of a wall. There are 2 othere places on the map where it's just structures. Nothing is spawning where these "immortal structures" are. I don't know if there will be more, I hope not. in order to update, steam looks at your installed copy of the game and compares it to the files on their server. it then selects the parts that are different and downloads those from steam to your computer. then it makes a copy of the game and inserts those downloaded differences into it, so it matches steam's copy

it has to download as much as it is downloading, otherwise you wont have a complete game. it is not doing it just to mess with you. downloads that big mean chunks of the game are missing/destroyed for some reason

downloading 80-100GB for a patch is not normal and not something that randomly happens to a significant number of people

Is a fix being worked on for the male breeding issue thats effecting all servers. Lots of owners have shut their servers down to save their players lines from being stolen and weve all heard official is a mess with it.

If it's a ascension type boss it might be something to do with your upload/download settings for server transfers. If the map has that type of boss it's best to allow them and set a Cluster ID to prevent people from bringing stuff from other servers. If that's not the case it might just be with LC being a new map AKA a buggy piece of beep.

The bosses on LC are asencion bosses. This means you have to remove everything from your characters and place them on a dino BEFORE you ascend. Any items left on you when you ascend are lost permanently.

Anyone on XBOX find a work around for being able to access the creature tab in a terminal without getting kicked?

I don't have that issue with other ascension bosses or the creature tab. The creature tab might be a problem with corrupt data in your ark cloud. If your on unofficial you can ask your server owner to try changing your cluster ID. If your on official or single player I think you need to contact skittle on here.

Even the blocking step after the damage one doesn't work either. I used a command to complete the damage, but then got soft locked in the reflect step anyway. So did a different column altogether.

Definitely not play tested, there are so many skill milestones that just do not work at all. They probably tested with commands smh.

Also, to save everyone the trouble. The boss element buff from the tribe tower doesn't work on the Lost King / Queen. Probably because it's red element, but still. 😝

also, heads up if ya are using s stacking mod

Vanilla With Sprinkles should be fine but mods like TG and Bober Stacks which remapps vanilla items will make taming the Aureliax near impossible at the moment

if it requests a Rare Flower or Mushroom, it won't take one if ya are using either of those mods or any that remap Rare Flowers and Mushrooms

I use ItemStackSizeMultiplier for majority of items but that doesn't work for stuff like wyvern milk that doesn't normally stack. For them I use: ConfigOverrideItemMaxQuantity=(ItemClassString="PrimalItemConsumable_WyvernMilk_C",Quantity=(MaxItemQuantity=500, bIgnoreMultiplier=true))

For them you normally just need to make sure you have PrimalItem then consumable resource or ammo dependant on the item type and the item ID.

But it doesn't work for bison milk and I think it's because of the weird item path one moment and I'll grab them I'll use wyvern milk again as a example. Sorry for the spam everyone.

Here the wyvern milk most items in the game use this type since they are copied from ASE. Blueprint'/Game/PrimalEarth/CoreBlueprints/Items/Consumables/BaseBPs/PrimalItemConsumable_WyvernMilk.PrimalItemConsumable_WyvernMilk
