That's not necessarily true. Other games just may not stress the system the way that ASA is, likely because of how unoptimized it is currently. The most likely scenario is that it's a compound issue between the rig and the game. If the game were more optimized, then the rig may not run into the issue at all, but that would still mean that the rig is lacking in some way.

It's not all about having the best gear. If there are components that are starting to fail, or defects, high stress can exasperate the issue. It's also about how all the different hardware versions and manufacturers work together as a whole, regardless of rather or not you have components that might be failing. The different combinations of hardware and versions can create unique issues from a support standpoint that can cause errors and bugs that others might not encounter. The game is buggy as hell, no one will argue that.

Sorry i was busy answering this stuff, as long as ASA has same exp system when it comes to grabbing explorer notes only the timer is extended, the EXP gain is never changed its Double exp always, just that you can stack it by picking up more explorer notes

One thing you can do is make sure everything is up to date. And I don't just mean windows and your graphics drivers. Make sure your chipset drivers are up to date as well. And check for new versions of Bios for your motherboard. If all that checks out, run stress testing software to make sure everything is stable.

If you were to take my opinion on this it would be the game is trying to execute a file that is not from the game or the game is accidentilly writting a file into the windows directory or something close to that. I had a friend who had a issue with this. A game he was playing kept writting files into the operating system folders and it would hard lock his pc each time.

if you have dlss on turn it off along with frame gen. you could also try turning off menu transitions. none of those worked for me but you may have better luck. if those dosent work id say wait for a patch to eventually remedy the issues

Memory Allocation errors are being solved by increasing the paging file size in ASA
Google (Increase Paging file size)
Requirements
SSD
Enough storage space for the paging file size increase (if I want a 16gb paging file I need atleast 16gb of free storage on the drive im using)

16GB = 16384 MB is been a consistent/tested paging file size volume that is working for people.

Why didnt they just so when you mine a node, it set a respawn timer to 20 minutes, 15 minutes in that timer, you leave, but when you rejoin the timer will just reset to 20. Thats FUCKING easier then deleting the whole node.

Yeah it's on Geforce Experience's overlay (alt+Z by default). Not sure about AMD.
Also try toggling Global Illumination mode using the command console. Sometimes GI gets screwy and makes things excessively dark. You can leave it off (0) if you prefer it that way.

Sounds like a corrupted save. You could try backing up the save file manually and then removing it from the Ark folder so you can create a new Island save, see if that works.

easier way is to adjust the settings on the singleplayer file, then copy the files from the local singleplayer to the dedicated server
