Servers in a cluster use the normal ini of each server as default only thing that makes a cluster is the cluster ID that makes them be able to see each other

If you want different inis just edit the ini of the specific server if you want to use sma eini just copy pate the ini or set up the dynamicini

anyone having a problem with incubator or bees?, hatched a couple of rexs and couple claim either. had to unclaim a marwing to feed them bot cant claim the maewing or the rex. Amount of breeders and cooldown of said breeders does not affect the chance of mutations at all
Neither does dividing by 5 because 5 stats, and also what creature even has five stats? Six is the lowest I can think of

No, at least one parent with a total mutation counter of less than 20 is needed to have an offspring with a mutation. If only one parent meets this requirement, the chance for a mutation is approximately halved..

You’re trying to find the chance of getting a mutation in a certain amount of babies (and not doing it correctly), which is very different from the chance of getting a mutation

The true equation is 2.5% rolled three times (to get a max of three mutations). Using binomial distribution we can equate that to 7.31% for at least one mutation (however b.d. is pretty advanced and I wouldn’t recommend looking into it until you understand basic probability)
Its a 55% chance for the mutation to land on the parent with the lower stat’s counter (in this case the maternal side), so 2.5% gets multiplied by 0.55 to get 1.375%. Plug this in and you get 4.06% for at least one mutation
