So whenever you place down a structure. Whether it be a wall, ceiling, storage box, fabricator literally anything. There's a 30 second timer that starts as soon as you place down the structure and you can pickup the structure anytime within those 30 seconds. But after those 30 seconds have gone by. Then that structure is permanent. You can only demolish it. Cant be picked up anymore.

if you are worried bout it or taming a high torpor and low health dino just use darts with a longneck
