if you get an icthyornis to hunt and retrieve it, it brings back the dodo's dead body to you with a golden aura and when you harvest it, it gives you some prime meat like 2-3

Tick the allow maximum difficulty setting, a difficulty of 1 on the island is max of 120 I’m pretty sure so you can’t get 150s from the slider setting

But higher level creatures on the island are a pain to find

And on other story maps

Since the levels can be anything from lvl 5 to 150, whereas on the custom maps I think they’re called like ragnarok and the center, they go from lvl 15 but miss a few in between 15 and 150

so there’s no lvl 120 or 125 for example

but there is 130, 135, 140, 145 and 150 etc

Iguanodons are fast, have infinite stamina, better weight than a raptor and a good jump on top of being able to put up a solid fight against the average beach dino threat. Taming them is easy too because all you need is a bola and they have a headshot modifier with low torpor
