I just wish people would stop stressing so much, as i lost a wyvern since servers didn't actually go down, and was fighting an alpha, but it's fine. it happens. people panic too easily haha

this issue isn't one that can just be fixed quickly. every platform went into connectivity issues with official, non-official, non-dedicated servers. it takes time, also considering that it's a late night in the states where they're located. they'll get everything fixed and patched up, we just need patience

if you mean single player, you need to copy your Ark/Shootergame/Saved folder out somewhere else, it will have your old lv 77 island guy and everything you did there. Then delete the Saved folder in your Ark/Shootergame folder. That will reset also keybinds though, you can keep the Config subfolder if you want to keep graphics settings, keybinds and such

So um ive got a slight issue in multiplayer involving uploading survivors and Xbox cloud storage not transferring properly and am wondering if there is any way to get back into a survivor.

I have a survivor on a technically unofficial server that my Xbox series X didnt recognize as mine, and it made me make a new survivor, so I went back to PC to see what was going on, however my PC then synced to my Xbox Series X's data, and now the survivor i want to use is sitting there, unconcious, while i have a level 5 character sitting next to him.

Any ideas on how i can get back into the original survivor? (Sorry if im in the wrong channel

if you are in the new survivor menu there should've been a spawn as existing survivor button. that would've kept your old character. it sometimes puts you in that menu when you load in.
