I think it works fine fine on Single Player but definitely tell them not to use that thing in a server, it's too risky

best case scenario, it gets stuck slightly underground but ya are able to exit from it and retrieve it

worst case, it'll glitch under the mesh and start falling endlessly into the ground which will make recovering your body near impossible

Thats something they changed with ASA. You can breed for mutations with level 1 females and then just add them to the good stat ones later

They need to fix these missions you can’t even complete them the bosses at the end of missions are attacking you far away outside the mission area and you can’t do nothing to reach. Also the npcs/dinos during missions will fall off the bridge and you can’t not go after to kill them because you leave the mission area

there's a command for it but it won't unlock the associated Tek engrams

yh, lost colony broke a lot of mod/progression logic. on unofficial servers, admins usually have to manually grant Tek engrams or use a helper mod since ascension commands don’t fully apply them. officials are basically stuck waiting on a patch.

hmm, black screen + rain usually means the client connects but the server doesn’t finish loading the map. If sp works, check version mismatch, missing mods, or whether the server fully started. mod cache issues can cause this too.

ya can use this command to unlock the Ascension levels for all your friends as well, ya just need their character sample ID

then simply respawn the character or travel between beds to update the implant

as for the Tek engrams, download the Awesome ARK Tools, it has a feature that is able to permanently unlock Tek engrams for ya and your friends among other useful Admin features

We figured out why the defense outposts aren't spawning and figured out how to force them to spawn on our official server. By throwing thralls out on each of the attack outposts, it blocks the spawns of new attack outposts. Once we had every single attack outposts blocked, the defense outposts spawned. There is clearly a priority spawn on the attack outposts of some sort, if the defense outposts are only spawning when attack outposts are blocked! WE FIGURED IT OUT!

Also, there are some bases built on the defense outpost locations, which is blocking some of them, which we can't do anything about, unfortunately.

64gb RAM, 4070, etc etc. It's a good spec, not MEGA HIGH END but a very good spec. In any case, it's on WC's end. Seen plenty of people complaining, especially since it wasn't a problem on evolved. Just good ol' bad coding on their part and not knowing how to solve it, they tuned down dino spawns so the game could handle it. I'll wait for them to fix it. Or not i guess.

but yeah, since things go into hibernation rather than normal stasis on SP and non-dedi, dino spawns will always be slow

Tried everything pretty much. Reset, kill and wait for respawn, set the dino count way up, commands on the start up on steam. Everything. Map is absolutely empty aside from a few spots where's its like: "Why are there 3 rex's here?".

Wait I think I just found a bug with the dreadmare and I'm not sure if its been discovered yet so please lmk if it has. If you use a sanguine elixir at 70% taming or above it gives you the dreadmare but doesnt break the altar. Then you can cryo it, re do the tribute and summon another one to get multiple dreadmares from one altar.

Yes, set it to admin only for doors. And make tribe ranks and give your tribe mates a lower rank than the vaukt, or pin the vault when you have set ranks. It is worth googling how to set up tribe ranks properly

I wish to run two different sets of Mods so I'm thinking of doing something I've done with 7 days to die. Yes ceratos aren't supposed to be trapped, they're attacks slow down to the point that they'll never get drunk. Also this anti trap can trigger just by being too close to some structures. I found that out back on scorched when I was trying to tame one near another tribes pillars. Once I kited him away from them it went fine.
