50 fps with framegen and DLSS quality means you are at 720p 25 fps.. on a 5090. that is well past "CPU bottleneck" and into "something is deeply broken"

a 1080 is significantly better than a 1650, despite the consuming names. also, you have a 4-core CPU. game really needs 6 core/12 thread minimum. it is never going to be magically "optimized" to run on stuff that obsolete, just not possible. it needs a GPU capable of hardware raytracing for best results, far more power, minimum 8GB video memory to not struggle keeping the world loaded fully

If you don't have a tek sword then your best bet is a pike, Sword, or decent shotgun till you get a tek spear

So apparently Gloons are easy mode for neophytes. I did my first aureliax last night, took a couple extra gloons on turret mode. They chew into them, and apparently the neophytes do very little damage to them

10 can melt a Level 300 Neophyte with 130k HP in seconds

that last bit on Neophytes dealing reduced damage to Gloon is probably gonna be nurfed eventually

I fully expect that it'll be nerfed in general just like how the Velonasaur got nurfed

they'll make to so that Gloon Melee damage only scales when ya manually use it instead of just having it on your shoulder

all it does is just check if the bot is stuck at configurable intervals then simply teleports it back to its platform

it also adds configurable weight reduction and the ability to teleport in Repair and Harvest mode

everything is ini only configurable though so r.i.p console players
