UE5 unfortunately still does not have completely deferred loading. there are a few reasons that can happen, though. spikes in loading from drive, or insufficient VRAM and/or PCIe bandwidth causing loading delays for rendering, are both common. does it happen if you move fast, or when spinning the camera or turning?

they are good cards just have some issues from what i've heard melting cables and missing rops and sometimes stability issues but overall if you don't run into those problems they are really good

It isn't so bad, i was mostly messing around but 50 series has a lot of instablity with its drivers and nvidia seems to make it worse with every update. For the first time, AMD seems more stable. Also, there are QC issues with 50 series where some prematurely fail as well but likely you'll be fine tbh
