I would suggest taking all your dinos out and (can use normal cryopods if its too many dinos) then switching.

you'd need to make sure you don't want to revive any dinos before removing it tho

Never had SE on ASE so i never exactly tamed any phoenixes, i heard there is only 1 per superheat wave and everyone is gathering them for silicas and for black pearls but mine never poops out black pearls only silica pearls

Yup. They heard "Too many electrical storms happening too frequently" and took it as "we must keep the same number of electrical storms, but space them out randomly between 10-20 minutes." My server hasn't had a heatwave in over 15 hours.

I was ok with electrical storms as they aren't that intrusive to gameplay.. but the heatwaves needed to reduce frequency and also the sandstorms.. I haven't played since the upgrade, I hope it's not jacked in a different way now.

Can't tame a phoenix without a heatwave. Going on 16 hours with a phoenix in a trap and no heatwave. But, to your point, the devs decided to triple down on the motion-sickness inducing forced camera movement caused by heatstroke, which is also pretty upsetting. But as others have pointed out, electrical storms were far from nonintrusive. I like how I can turn off camera shake, but can't turn off heatstroke camera rotation. It's almost like the devs are trying to trigger my migraines.

Fix creatures and tames getting stuck in the mesh. I had to watch a beautiful blue 150 Carcharodontasaurus struggle to get out of the volcano and ultimately end up getting deleted because it spawned inside of the freaking volcano. (Happened with a Giga and another Carcharodontasaurus as well). My Pteranodon also got stuck inside of the mesh when I died and came back.

It’s ridiculous how many times I have been cheated out of.

Just hoppe back on single player with some basic mods, Dox , spyglass, teleporters and a couple build mods. Last night the dinos seemed goood, this morning my save was gone...shocking, I know. So, I tweaked some things like resource harvesting and weight stats for tamed dinos then started again. Now my wild dinos are fast as fk boi! They were not like this yesterday lol. I did increase the speed for TAMED dinos when they level up, but nothing for wild dinos. Anyone have any idea what could be doing this? Hi @wise oriole Place the milk in wyverns inventory and you have to chose option to force feed it, it also happened to me

But they have to be at least 500 food, they don't need milk unless the food is low

Are you on ase @dapper dawn ? On ase there is, it is tek structures. You will need to beat specific bosses that will unlock the tekgrams

Then you will be able to build the underwater base if you have the resources

I do my best to learn, I have been playing ark since 2017, but this game has a lot of stuff. My best advice is to play pvp with a friend. Most pvp players will tell you almost everything you need to know.

So the gigantoraptors... I had eggs incubating in them before the event. Does it not take the event into account when you pop them? Am I better off waiting to inc eggs until a event starts? I had them cooking and ready before the event and I popped then and they all had a 8hr timer

you must have hatched them before the rates have actually went live, they announced the rate change apparently 30 mins or so before it took effect.
imprint timer will be calculated the second you hatch the egg, it should be like 4h47 mins when you hatched it once the 2x went live

Yes but the event / rate change was announced under #server-rates way ahead of time, it only took effect like at least 30 or so minutes later. Some servers probably even longer, as it can sometimes take a bit.
Only way to know for sure is to pickup a rock at the beach and see whether or not it’ll give you 1 or 2

Basically, under #server-rates you see the rates for each type. Smalls and arkpoc (both official) should give you 4 rocks right now (arkpoc probably 5 actually, I haven’t played on ASA there and aren’t sure if it’s now up- or down rounded)

Sadly that channel gives / changes the rates before it takes effect ingame, so before hatching I’d always make sure to know what your “usual/normal” rock per pickup amount is, and verify it is actually doubled when they announce it in the rates - channel
