OK, so I need a little advice of boss fights. I have a bunch of Rexes that I have been working on to just get dmg mutations on - currently i have it at 36 mutations only in damage - how many should I be pushing for? Then I know i can put my exp pnts into health to keep them alive in the hard fights. Next, I have 42 mutations only in dmg for my Megatheriums for doing the spider boss - how many should I be looking to get before trying that boss? And finally, I have the tickle chickens... I have 40 dmg mutations only there and how many should I be looking for with them to fght the dragon? Should i look at bringing anything else and work utations on them? I finally have a good pair of Yuty to start working on, I have daedons, good pair I have been working on only food mutations on them - but that is all I have going. I wasn't sure if maybe I should try to get some calicotherium and work mutations on those - i have a couple good calico and was thinking the dragon fight they could be put on turret mode but not sure that would do anything really useful that fight. I also have a strong pair of spinos but not sure if they are any use for a boss fight when doing this solo. I also have a pair of really good Allosaurs but again not sure howe they would get used in a solo fight - any advice/wisdom would be appreiated 🙂 I have only ever ridden a rex in on someone elses low level monkey fight so this is all pretty new to me

Alpha Dragon solo will be harder sense most use shotguns and runn around on foot with a deer but you wont have the dps for it solo

thats your issue, its using the dynamic config file for rates, overriding anything you input, stop server, wait a few mins, change that to disabled

there isnt a perfect answer, just what suits you

It varies a ton depending on dino and food used, but yeah, higher values will (for better and/or worse) trivialize some of the taming complexities around managing torpor. I run 6x and most things (notable exceptions for things like gigas) I can just single-shot starve tame or stasis into safety

Is he blocking while he is in there or all the time? If just while in there not really can say much but if its blocked constantly take multiple pixtures at differe t times as well as video. Otherwise cannot prove he is blocking caves. Some people on official will block it so others will know someone is im there. They usuallly just block enough to finish their run and leave

I don't think so, back then barely anyone would try to bola if they got picked, but now everyone is, and it always hits. Not even a month ago if someone had you picked and you flew straight up the bola wouldn't connect

While it might've fallen under "fixed exploits" in the last patch, it's just surprising because it's been like that since ASE, where the only real way to get out of a pick was with grapples/whips when it came to pts

some said this can be a HUD issue - restore it to default and see if anything happens
others have said it was a controller issue related to the hud.
but the case is so few and far between that many have not responded with a fix / if any method works on any form post.

Go into Settings, General, UI, and find the setting in the left column for Toggle Extended Hud info. When you enable that, you can press H in game to allow additional info on the HUD. See if that "fixes" the issue.

Anyone else figure out how to stop eggs from disappearing? I can put down a couple of carcha eggs and a giga egg, all incubating at 12 hours and all laid at the same time. This time around 2 out of 3 eggs disappeared. I have yet to even raise a baby Giga because they keep going away. It's not an OviRaptor as they aren't collecting fertile eggs.
